TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The unit makes an
unusual amount of
noise.
The conditions for
making ice are optimal,
but no ice cubes are
made.
The "ICE FULL" and
"ADD WATER" indicators
light up at the same
time.
The device is in
operation but the water
is warmer than usual.
Possible cause
The voltage is lower than
recommended.
Refrigerant leak or
the sealing system is
blocked.
The water tray shaft is
broken or the motor is
broken.
The magnet valve is
broken.
Solution
Stop the device until
the voltage returns to
normal.
