• Overload alarm (Error 18 IW, Error 19
IW+) displayed
• POWER BARGRAPH displays brief or no
indication;
• welder completes weld cycle; and
• welder tunes properly
No ultrasonic power passed to horn
during weld cycle. The following
conditions exist during the weld cycle:
• POWER BARGRAPH displays brief or no
indication;
• welder runs in TEST mode; and
• welder tunes properly
