IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
To remove the spare tire:
Remove the jack handle, the jack handle
extension and the jack handle end from
the tool bag and assemble by following
these steps.
1. Loosen the screw using a screwdriver.
2. Put a jack handle, jack handle exten-
sion and jack handle end together as
shown in the illustration.

When connecting a jack handle extension
with jack handle end, use a Phillips−head
screwdriver or jack handle to tighten the
bolt on the joint as shown in the illustra-
tion.
Make sure that the bolt fits into the hollow
depression of the joint when you tighten
the bolt.
NOTICE
Tighten the joint securely. Otherwise,
the extension may come off and it
may damage the paint or vehicle
body.
