Using the Onscreen Submenus: Sound
AP, o1"Second Audio Program, is an addi-
tional part cf the stereo broadcast system.
Sent as a third audio channel, an SAP can be
heard apart from the cum'ent TV p_wgram sound,
TV stations are free to use SAP for an>' number
of purposes, such as the broadcast of a second
language or other auxlio information,
lf an SAP sigual is not present with a selected
program, the SAP option cannot be selected,
NOTE: SAP must be broadcast with the program
you are watching for you to be able to select the
feature,
Press MENU button on the remote
control to show the onscreen menu.
Press the CURSOR RING DOWN
once to highlight SOUND.

Press the CURSOR BUTTON
RIGHT to enter the SOUND submenu.
Press the CURSOR BUTTON
DOWN repeatedly until SAP is high-
lighted.
Press the CURSOR BUTTON
RIGHT or LEFT to turn SAP ON or
OFF.
Press the STATUS/EXIT button to
exit the menu.
