BLUETOOTH TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
Ensure Bluetooth on your device is active.
2.
Make sure the Control Line is Blinking Blue.
a. If is displaying another color repeatedly press the Inputs button on the remote until the Control Line
display the correct color. You can also select the input by swiping left or right on the Control Line. See
the Can I change the input without the remote? topic for more information.
b. If Blue but not blinking, another device is already paired. Switch off Bluetooth option on the other
device. You can also dissociate or delete Duetto from the Bluetooth devices list.

Factory reset Duetto to restore factory settings, then connect again. For more information, see the Factory
reset and Setup topics.
