Does -5 V generate at Pin 5 of IC7?
Check !C7, C82 and C83.

Does an oscillation signal (16.384 MHz and
12.88 MHz) appear at Pin 34 (OSO) of IC1 and
Pin 29 (OSC1) of IC2 respectively ?
Check R27, R28, R34, R92, C18, C19, C25,
C26, X1, X2 and X3.
Does an offering signal generate at Pin 19
(INTO) of IC6 every 500 msec?
