The Tar River Implements Spring Loaded Cultivators are available in three sizes; 36”, 54” & 72” working widths. Each implement is made using 3/8” Steel Angle Iron with 3/4” wide shanks.

    SLC Spring Loaded Cultivator Assembly Operating Instructions The Spring Loaded Cultivator is extremely suitable for use in stone and root obstructed soil. When one tine strikes a buried, immovable object, the other tines will continue to work at the set depth. The Spring Loaded Cultivator may be used for loosening and aerating soil to a depth of nine inches, preparing seed beds quickly and economically.
