4. Use the 6 key to rotate the arrow. The arrow rotates clockwise one position with each press
of the 6 key.
5. Use the following keys to switch color patterns: A/CH - Green; 0 - Red; Round Source: Blue.
6. Press the cursor left or right key to change the pattern position data in the horizontal
direction. Press the cursor up or down key to change the pattern position data in the vertical
direction.
7. Set the data values as shown in the chart below.

8. Press the PIP CH (-) key twice to write the changed data values into EEPROM. Pressing the
PIP CH (-) once will display the message "? ADJ. PARAMETER? ROM WRITE ?" and the
second press confirms that the new values will be written to EEPROM. Green dots appear
after the operatio n is complete.
9. Press the Mute button three times to exit.
Adjustment Procedure (16 x 9 Mode)
10. Change the display to 16 x 9 Mode.
11. Press the Exit key on the remote control transmitter five times to exit to the Video Mode.
12. Change the remote control transmitter to TV Mode by removing and replacing one battery.
Note that the TV light now illuminates.
13. Change the input to 1080i Mode.
14. Enter the Customer Menu, select FORMAT, and change to 16 x 9 HD Mode. The top and
bottom panels should now be black.
15. Exit the Customer Menu.
