    The FCMC will perform best if the control is mounted where both outside air and return air can blend. Mount- ing the FCMC away from the return or too close to the fresh air discharge may result in reduction of fresh air ventilation.

    Follow individual exhaust fan device manufacturer’s troubleshooting and maintenance information. There is no routine maintenance required for the FCMC (controller) other than making sure the wires connected to the FCMC terminals are secure and the unit mounting screws are tight.
