Page 4: Assembly Steps
ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Connect the centers of the T Joiners (D) to the ends of the Middle Bar (G). Connect the Upper/Lower Bars (F) to the sides of the T Joiners (D), then connect the Joiners (H) and Side Bars (B) to the sides to complete the frame assembly. - Page 5 STEP 3 Fasten the straps on Panel (A) to around the assembled frame to secure. STEP 4 Place Mounting Clips (C) in the center of each exposed portion of Upper/Lower Bars (F). Make sure the wire management flap on Panel (A) is facing upward. NOTE: To screw mount under your desktop instead of clamping, please skip to Step 4-Option 2 on page 6.
- Page 6 STEP 5 For thinner desktops (<1.5”/40mm), adjust Clamp (E) by disassembling and separating Upper Clamp (E1) from Lower Clamp (E2). Flip Lower Clamp (E2) and reassemble using a Phillips screwdriver. STEP 6 Secure Mounting Clips (C) to Clamps (E) in one of two mounting locations using M4x6mm Screws (S-A).
- Page 7 STEP 7 Mount the assembled panel to the desktop and tighten Clamps (E) to secure the assembly in place. STEP 8 Route and organize the cables and secure them using the flap on the panel (A).
- Page 8 STEP 4 (Option 2) Screw Mounting: Place Mounting Clips (C) in the center of each exposed portion of Upper/Lower Bars (F). NOTE: Make sure the wire management flap on Panel (A) is facing the inside of the desktop. STEP 5 (Option 2) Screw Mounting Center the assembled panel under the desktop.
- Page 9 STEP 6 (Option 2) Screw Mounting Mark the locations of Mounting Clips (C) using a pencil. Drill pilot holes using a 1/8” (3mm) bit and mount the assembled panel to the underside of the desk using ST4.8x21mm Screws (S-B) as shown. NOTE: Desktop must be at least 1”...
