The D-90 includes a function for writing characters.
Use the BAND
button and the AUTO TUNING
UP
and DOWN
buttons to display FM 107.70 MHz.

select preset channel 5,

The "-"" begins to flash.
Use the AUTO TUNING
UP and DOWN

select the character "M", then press the PRESET
UP button.
The "—" stops flashing, and the "M" in the second
place starts flashing.
Use the AUTO TUNING
UP and DOWN
buttons to
select the character
"Y", then
press
the PRESET
UP button.
Repeat this procedure
to write
"MY
RADIO",
then
7
press the ENTER/EXIT
button.
"PRESET"
stops flashing and the character writing
mode is cancelled.
