Remove Baffle plate [1] from Motor housing [2].

Remove Ring terminal [1] with a slotted
screwdriver.

Remove Tapping screws 5x45 [2] (2 pcs) from
Motor housing [1], then tap Motor housing [1] with
a plastic hammer to remove Field [3].
Do not tap the thin portion of Motor housing [1]
because it is fragile.
