playback.

If you select any video

video input to match the component you selected
Turn MASTER VOLUME --/+ to adjust
the volume.
Note
To avoid damaging yore speakels make sine that
you turn down the volmne betbre you turn offthe
receiver.
To mute the sound
Press MUTING on the remote.
The muting function will be canceled when you
do the following.
• Press MUTING on the remote again.
• Turn the power off.
• Increase thevolume.
To use the headphones
Connect the headphones to the PHONES jack.
• When the headphones are connected, speaker
output is automatically canceled and "SPA"
and "SP B" do not light up in the display.
• When the headphones are connected, you can
select only the l_llowing sonnd fields
(page 33).
