Disassembly Procedures

Removing the meta! cover
Remove the 6 screws ® fastening the both
sides and rear of the cover to remove the
cover.
Removing the front panel assembly
Remove the metal cover.
Disconnect the connectors J102, J152, J153,
J154,J911 and JA101.
Cut the tie bands to make the wires free.
Remove the 5 screws ® on the bottom of
front panel to remove the assembly.
Removing the heat sink
Remove the 2 screws © fixing the heat
sink cover to remove the cover.
Remove the 2 screws © to remove the
bracket holding the power amplifier ic.
Remove the 4 screws © to remove the
heat sink.
Removing the rear panel
Remove the heat sink.
Remove the 16 screws ©,@ and ®.
(The 2 screws © fixing voltage selector
are for the versions except universal and
Taiwan.)
Release the 2 hooks to remove the rear
panel.
Removing the main circuit board
Remove the front panel assembly.
Remove the rear panel.
Remove the 4 screws @ fixing the main
circuit board to remove the circuit board.
Servicing the main circuit board
Remove the 4 screws © on the rear panel.
Remove the 4 screws @ fixing the main
circuit board and cut the tie bands.
Lift the back of the circuit board with the
rear panel and heatsink as shown in
figure 4,
