1.3.2 Limitation
This device is mainly used for backup power. Improper use of this equipment may result in
equipment damage that could result in personal injury or serious physical or environmental
damage.
Incorrect installation, maintenance, operation, or use exceeds its intended purpose, does not
follow status instructions, and/or does not comply with applicable safety regulations. Delta is
not responsible for any hazard or damage.
Delta is solely responsible for the components and services provided by Delta.
Third-party components and/or services, such as distribution boxes or GPS repair or
maintenance or use or improper use of the equipment, Delta is not responsible. In addition,
Delta shall not be liable for any malfunction, danger, or damage to the equipment of any third
party component or service.
Unauthorized modifications may result in equipment failure or damage. Delta assumes no
responsibility or liability.
Installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment can only be done by qualified
professionals (and with proper training). Operators are responsible for ensuring equipment
operators and professional training.
If the power system does not have a disconnect switch or equivalent device installed, the
operator must be responsible for assembling a disconnect switch that complies with the
relevant regulations.
1.3.3 Third Party Devices
Delta shall not be responsible for or bear any legal responsibility for any danger or damage
caused by equipments provided by Third Party.

Special Instruction
Warnings, Caution and Note are important information for identification. They are categorized
as followed:
Warning!
Warning means that if information or instructions are not followed, it may result in injury or
death.
Caution!
Caution means that if the information or instructions are not complied with, the device may be
damaged.
Note!
Note that it is additional information that may be beneficial to the operation.
