The Manufacture's master watchmakers
poured all their talent into creating this
watch, pushing the boundaries of inno-
vation by incorporating a remarkably-
proportioned Gyrotourbillon fitted with
the Duoface system that characterizes
Jaeger-LeCoultre's Reverso. The miniatur-
ization process used on its components
has enabled a thickness of just 13.6 mm
for such a technically complex watch.
GYROTOURBILLON
Within the manually wound Jaeger-
LeCoultre Calibre 179, the fascinating Gy-
rotourbillon performs its rotations through
an external supporting system, giving the
impression that it is suspended in the air
inside the caliber. The exquisitely worked
decoration of its inner carriage was exe-
cuted in line with the most rigorous watch-
making tradition.
