Troubleshooting of Common Problems

Problem type
Failure to
1. The battery is low. Put the robot on the docking station, and align it with the charging
power on
contacts. Move the switch at the bottom of the robot to the position "I", so that the
robot will automatically turn on (when it is completely out of power, charge it for a
while first).
2. The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°C) or too high (above 35°C). Use the
robot within the range of 0–35°C.
3. Check the power switch at the bottom of the robot to see if it is moved to the
position "I" (Note: It is possible to charge the main unit properly when the power
switch is off, but the main unit can not perform ground cleaning, mop self-cleaning,
or other operations).
Failure to
1. Move away the robot. Make sure the light indicator of the docking station is on, and
charge
both ends of the power adapter of the docking station are properly connected.
2. In case of poor contact, clean the charging contacts on the docking station and the robot.
3. When the robot is not to be used for a long time, it will result in battery over-
discharge. Therefore, before the long-time storage of the robot, it is recommended to
charge the main unit fully and turn off the power switch at the bottom. Recharge the
appliance every two months. In case of failure to charge after nonuse for a long time,
please contact our after-sales service team.
Slow charging
1. Confirm the power cord of the docking station is well connected to avoid
intermittent connection.
2. Clean the surface of the main unit and the charging contacts on the docking station.
3. When used at high or low temperatures, the charging period is prolonged to extend
battery life. Under normal conditions, it takes about 5.5 h to charge the battery from
zero to full capacity.
