positions.
Answering a Call from the Base Unit
For example, to answer a call on line 1:
1.
The Base Unit rings, and the
corresponding red line 1 LED on the
base flashes.
2.
Press the line 1 button or press the speaker button.
3.
Speak into the Base Unit microphone.
If both lines are ringing, you can press speaker to answer the first line
used.
When you finish the call, press speaker to hang up.
4.
Answering a Call from the Handset
For example, to answer a call on line 1:
1.
The Handset rings and the talk LED flashes.
2.
If the Handset is not in the Base Unit, press the line 1 button, or talk to
answer the call.
If the Handset is in the Base Unit, the AutoTalk feature allows you to
answer the call by simply picking up the Handset and beginning your
conversation.
If both lines are ringing, press talk or lift the Handset from the Base
Unit to answer the first line used.
