Replenishment and Replacement of Consumables
5-3. Consumables Replenishment/Replacement Procedure
1. Check the consumables replacement message.
A replacement message is displayed on
the upper left of the touch panel, and
the name of the corresponding
consumable item in [Consumable and
Scrap Indicators] on the lower left is
displayed in yellow.
[Example]
Message: [Ready to print Please replace
waste toner box]
Consumable and Scrap Indicators:
[waste toner bottles]
2. Display the Help screen
If you press any of the following 3
locations, the same help screen is
displayed.
◼ Target consumables display area
of Consumable and Scrap
Indicators (displayed in yellow)
◼ "?" button on the upper right of
the touch panel
◼ Help button on the control panel
(hard key)
5-4. Checking with Print Manager
On the Print Manager screen, you can check
the consumables information by pressing the
[Expand] button twice. You can check the
status by hovering the mouse over the
consumables icon.
Press this button twice.
