FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

Warm or Cold Humidification Selection

Select humidifying temperature based on need. Warm humidity will use more power but will humidify your room quicker.

NOTE: It may take 10-15 minutes before warm humidity is created. The mist may not feel especially warm due to the fact it is so fine and is cooled rather quickly from the air in your home.

TEST: To test if the warm mist is functioning properly, place the unit in a 200 square foot room or smaller and close the door. Allow the unit to run for approximately 30 minutes or more. Reenter the room - if unit is functioning properly - the room will feel moderately warmer.

TEST: Another way to check if the unit is functioning properly is by feeling along the base of the unit. The base should feel warm to the touch.

Water Shortage Indicator

When the unit is low on water the Refill LED on the front panel will light up, and the unit will shut off. Simply add more water to continue use. Unit will automatically resume running when water tank has been refilled.

Humidity Adjustment

The humidity volume may be adjusted based on need by using the adjustment knob on the front panel.

Silver Clean Technology

Unlike other humidifiers that grow slimy mold and mildew, the pureguardianTM Ultrasonic Humidifiers use Silver CleanTM technology embedded in the tank to fight the growth of mildew and mold on the surface of the water tank.

DIRECTIONAL FOR USE

  1. Separate the tank from the body of the unit.
DIRECTIONAL FOR USE - Step 1

DIRECTIONAL FOR USE - Step 5
  6. Turn the Mode Dial to either cool or warm. The Power LED will light up.
DIRECTIONAL FOR USE - Step 6
  7. Turn the Humidity Dial to the desired volume of humidity. Turn towards the right and the humidity level increases; turn towards the left and the humidity level decreases.
DIRECTIONAL FOR USE - Step 7
  8. As soon as the Refill LED lights up, the unit will shut off automatically. Refill tank with water and unit will automatically continue running.
DIRECTIONAL FOR USE - Step 8
