4 OPERATING THE MACHINE

Site of work

Remove from the site anything, which might hinder the working procedure!
Make sure the site is sufficiently well lit!
Make sure you have a continual adequate view of the working area so you can intervene in the
working process at any time!
Keep other staff out of the area, so you can work securely.

5 TRANSPORT AND STORING

Transport procedure

Conform yourself to work regulations, in order to transport the machine safely. To help you transport

disassemble the tools. The storage site must be clean, dry and at a constant temperature.

6 MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

the maintenance plan below:
- Check the eccentric cover (daily)
- Check the belt tension manually (after 20 hours)
- Check the oil level at the eccentric (every 150h) and change the oil (every 200h)
Cleaning the machine
The life of your machine depends on its maintenance. Clean it at the end of each day.
