Solution
Check the filter, it may be blocked.
Check pipe connections, this could be an installation fault.

Check the water inlet and outlet pipes, they may be leaking.
A non dishwasher-safe detergent may have been used. Pour
a litre of water into the machine, close the lid and set the
machine on a fast cycle. The soap should dissolve and drain
with the water.
You may have loaded utensils with a large amount of
encrusted food. Drain the dishwasher and remove this dirt
with a cloth and the machine's own detergent.
If the water contains large amounts of salt or lime, deposits
may form on the bottom of the dishwasher. Drain the
dishwasher and remove this dirt with a cloth and the
dishwasher's own detergent.
