• The main fuse is defective: Check the
fuses in the fuse box. If necessary,
replace or reset them.
• The product is not plugged into a
grounded
outlet:
connection.
• The knobs on the control panel do not
work: The key lock may be activated.
Please deactivate it.
• The oven light does not work:
• The light bulb has burnt out. Replace
it with another bulb.
• There may be no power. Check to see
if there is power in your home and
check the fuses in the fuse box. If
necessary, replace the fuses and re-
enable them
• The oven does not heat up.
• The function and/or temperature knob
may not be properly configured. Use
the function and/or temperature knob
to set a function and temperature.
• For models with clock/timer, the oven
time may not be configured. Set the
time.
• There may be no power. Check to see
if there is power in your home and
check the fuses in the fuse box. If
necessary, replace the fuses and re-
enable them
If you have not been able to find a solution
to the problem, please contact the service
department of the device. Never try to
repair the product yourself.
TRANSPORTATION
If you wish to transport the furnace, please
observe the following notes:
• Keep the original packaging. Transport
the product in its original packaging
and follow the instructions on the
packaging.
• If you do not have the original
packaging, take measures to ensure
that the external surfaces of your
product are not damaged. Do not place
heavy loads on the product.
• During transport, place the product

facing up.
• During transport, place a piece of
cardboard, aligned with the grid and
baking tray, on the inside of the oven
door to ensure that the oven door is not
damaged.
• Do not use the door, handle to transport,
or move the product. (See picture 14 on
page 7)
REPAIR AND SPARE PARTS SERVICE
Do not disassemble or repair the appliance
by yourself as it may result in anelectric
shock or personal injury.

spare parts, please get the support from
Universal Blue after-sales service. You can
find all details to contact us in after sales
service section included in this manual.
Spare parts will be delivered in a period
no longer than 15 days from order date,
if spare part requested is available in our
warehouse. To check availability for any
spare part, please contact Universal Blue.
Universal Blue will have spare part to
cover, at least,the warranty period. Please,
check the section after sales service in this
manual to confirm the warranty period of
your product.
