APPLICATION TIPS
• Keep a distance from the oven when
you open the door as steam may escape
after cooking. This steam can burn
your hands, face and/or eyes.
• Use suitable metal plates with non-
stick coating or aluminum containers
or heat-resistant silicone molds.
• When baking, place the baking dish/
baking pan in the middle of the tray or
grid.
• Select the correct position of the tray or
grid before turning on the oven. Do not
change the position of the tray while
the oven is hot.
• Keep the oven door closed.
• Once the cooking time is over, keep the
meat in the oven for approximately 10
minutes. This way, the juice of the meat
will be distributed throughout the roast
and will not come out when the meat
is cut.
• If you are grilling, place a baking tray
at the bottom to catch the drops. Put
some water on the baking tray for easy
cleaning.
• Food that is not suitable for roasting
can cause fires. Do not place food on
the top of the oven. This is the hottest
area and especially greasy foods could
easily burn.
• If you are baking some kind of cake and
notice that the top is burning, cover the
cake with aluminum foil and place the
tray or grid in a lower position. Lower
the temperature and increase the
baking time.
• The following are estimated cooking
times for each of the foods or dishes.
Please note that the times are estimates
and may vary depending on the
purchased oven and the taste of the
person using this appliance (see table
02 on page 10).

• Make the most of the space on the tray.
• Place the baking pan in the middle of
the tray.
• Select the correct grid position before
turning on the oven or grill. Do not
change the position of the grid while
the oven is hot.
• Keep the oven door closed. (See picture
08 on page 06)
Tips for roasting:
• To increase cooking yield, season
chicken, turkey and large pieces of
meat with dressings such as lemon
juice and black pepper before cooking.
• It takes about 15 to 30 minutes longer
to roast meat with bones than to roast
meat of the same size without bones.
• Each centimeter of meat thickness
requires approximately 4 to 5 minutes
of cooking time.
• Allow the meat to settle in the oven
for about 10 minutes after the cooking
time is over. This way, the juice is better
distributed throughout the meat and
does not leak out when the meat is cut.
• The fish should be placed in the centre
of the grid on a heat-resistant plate.
Energy Saving Tips:
UUse enamel-coated or dark-colored
baking materials that transmit heat
better.
Frequently opening the oven door while
cooking will cause cold air to enter the
oven, resulting in a loss of energy. For
this reason, do not open the oven door
more often than necessary.
The residual heat left after baking can
be used for the next meal.
For all baking processes, preheat the
oven for at least 10 minutes.
Defrost frozen foods before baking.
Turn off the oven a few minutes before
the end of the cooking time.
