Programs
Quick start
- Press Start/ Stop key to start your workout without any pre-set setting.
- Use Dial Up/ Down to adjust resistant level during workout.
End your workout
- Press Start/ Stop in workout mode to stop/ pause your workout.
To resume your workout press Start/ Stop button in pause mode.
- Press Reset key ( in Pause mode ) to reset all workout data.
- Press and hold Reset key or over 2 seconds to reset console. ( Active
training data will be lost )
Manual mode
- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose Manual
mode and press mode key to enter next setting entry or manual
mode program.
- Press Up/ Down key to pre-set training time, and press Mode key to
conirm the setting.
‼ NOTE
Ater conirm you can set also: Distance, Calories, & Pulse.
When setting more than one goal, the training will end at irst
achieved goal.
Leave a goal blank and it will not be seen as a pre-set limit.

Beginner mode
- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose beginner
mode and press Mode key to enter next setting menu or beginner
mode.
- There can be 4 beginner modes selected:
Beginner 1 ~ 4, select one by using the Up/ Down key and conirm
selected by pressing Mode key.
- Press Up/ Down key to present training time, and press Mode key to
conirm the setting.
‼ NOTE

and press Mode key to enter next setting menu or advance mode.
- Press Up/ Down key to set your age and conirm by pressing mode
key�
- There can be 4 Cardio modes selected:
55% (o maximum HR = 220 - age x 55%)
75% (o maximum HR = 220 - age x 75%)
90% (o maximum HR = 220 - age x 90%)
TAG (Target Heart Rate, deault set on 100
Use Up/ Down key to change, and conirm by pressing mode key).
Select one by using the Up/ Down key and conirm selected by
pressing Mode key.
- Press Up/ Down key to pre-set training time, and press Mode key to
conirm the setting.
- Press Start/ Stop key to start workout
- Press Up/ Down key to adjust resistance level.
- Press Start/ Stop key to pause workout.
- Press Reset key to return to main menu. (active training data will be
lost)
