Something not Working
Servicing
Before contacting your local Zanussi
Service Force Centre, please make the
following checks:
If the dryer won't start:
• Make sure that the lid of the dryer is
firmly shut, and that the lever is in
the locked position.
• Make sure that the dryer is properly
plugged in and that the socket switch
(if any) is in the »on« position.
• Check that there is power at the
socket by plugging in an appliance
you know to be working - a small
lamp, for example. If this too fails to
work, check the main circuit fuses in
your home's consumer until or main
fuse box.
If the dryer vibrates badly, or is too
noisy:
• Check that the machine is absolutely
level.
• Check that your washing is evenly
distributed.
If after carrying out the necessary
checks, there is still a fault, call your local
Zanussi Service force Centre, whose ad¬
dress can be found in the accompanying
Customer Care Booklet, and can also be
found in your local telephone directory
under »Z«.
Please ensure you give the model and se¬
rial number of the appliance.
This information can be found on the rat¬
ing plate at the back of the appliance, or
on your guarantee card.
In-guarantee customers should ensure
that these checks bave been made as the
engineer will make a charge if the fault is
not a mechanical or electrical break¬
down.
Please note that proof of purchase is re¬
quired for any in-guarantee service calls.
Spare Parts
Zanussi spare parts, may be purchased
through your local Zanussi Service Force
Centre.
