Power does not turn on
Interlock switch is damaged Replace an interlock switch
Interlock switch connector is not connected Connect an interlock switch connector
Ribbon cassette is not inserted Head block incorrectly position Turn on the power again
Head block incorrectly position Replace the sensor board assembly of
(Sensor S8 or S9 has failed) S8 or S9
Head block incorrectly position Replace a gear or cam

Head block is slipped out of the place Reinstall a head block
Ribbon guide is detached Reinstall a ribbon guide
