3. interiock Switch Assembiy
1. Remove.the top cover. (Refer to Section 1-3-1.)
2. Remove the ribbon panel assembly. (Refer to Section
1-3-2.)
3. Remove the front panel assembly. (Refer to Section 1-
3-3.)
4. Remove the mechanical deck assembly (Refer to
Section 1-4-1.)
5. Disconnect one harness from the connector (CN203)
on the MEC-15 board.
6. Remove one screw and then remove the interlock
switch assembly.

7. Attach a new interlock switch assembly in the reverse
order of steps 1 to 6.
When attaching the interlock switch assembly, make
sure that the assembly is properly oriented.
