1. Inspection items
1) Are the sensors connected properly?
2) Are the sensors located properly?
3) Do the resistance values of the sensors satisfy each temperature?
2. Inspection order
Power off
Are connectors
properly connected to the
relevant colors?
Are temperature sensors
connected without separation?
When measuring
the resistance of both sides with a single
temperature sensor, does it indicate 200KΩ at
room temperature of 25°C?
Power on
After assembling
the temperature sensors on PCB check
the voltage of both sides. Do they indicate
DC1V~DC4V?
Is there a
short circuit or defective contact in
the sensor wires?
Replace PCB after turning off the power
