    Operating Safely The MAJOR Topper is designed to operate at 540 RPM. Ensure tractor PTO output is set at 540 RPM. The MAJOR Topper must only be used for cutting grass. Moreover, it must only be used with a suitable tractor (see product specifi- cations) and driven by an adequate drive-line by the tractor PTO.
