  • Page 2 Shim Here If Needed 1. Mate 2 Beam Frames together on Floor. 2. Insert Coupler(A) into Frames with groove side down. 3. Install 8 Hex Socket Button Head Screws(B) and 8 Hex Nuts(C) per Coupler. 4. Place straight edge on top op beam at joint. If there is a gap between straight edge and top of beam then place shims under beam until frame is flat or has a slight crown.
  • Page 3 Support 6. Install Coupler onto ajoining Frame Assembly, then supported Frame Assembly. 7. Place straight edge on top of Frame at joint. Adjust levelers on Supports until frames are flat or has slight crown. 8. Tighten screws to 30 ft/lbs. 9.
