7-3 日常点検/ Daily checkup
・運転前に以下の点検を行ってください。
Check the following matters before starting operation.
① フィルタケース、カバーは完全に閉まっているか。
Are the Filter Case and the Cover securely closed?
② 排気口が塞がれてないか。
Is the Exhaust port free from obstruction?
・運転中に１回以上、以下の点検を行ってください。
Check the following matters at least once every operation.
① 異常振動、異常音はないか。
Is there any abnormal vibration or noise?
② 本体が傾いてないか。
Is the unit installed without tilt?
③ 吸込みホース端の吸引力は適切か。
Is the suction power at the hose end appropriate?
④ ディスプレイにエラー･警告が表示されてないか。
Any errors or warnings is not indicated on the display?
・１ヶ月に１回以上、以下の点検を行ってください。
Check the following matters at least once a month.
① ケースからフィルタが外れてないか。
Are the filters securely fit in each casing?
7-4 １次フィルタのシェイキングについて/ Primary filter shaking
１次フィルタ表面に付着したゼオライト、粉塵をシェイキング（塵落とし）することにより、
フィルタの目詰まり状態を回復させます。
By shaking off zeolite and dust attached on the Primary filter, clogging of the filter can be eliminated.
・自動シェイキング/Automatic shaking
運転時間の積算が１時間以上となると、運転停止後、自動的にシェイキング（２０秒間）を行います。
（初期値の場合）
When cumulative operating time exceeds 1 hour, shaking operation runs automatically for 20 seconds after
shutdown. (In the case of initial value)
・手動シェイキング/Manual shaking
パラメータ設定モードのマニュアルシェイキングを実行することにより、２０秒間のシェイキングを行います。
（初期値の場合）
By executing manual shaking in the Parameter Setting mode, the unit performs shaking operation for 20 seconds.
(In the case of initial value)
・長時間運転する場合/For long run
吸引する粉塵の粘着性、量により１次フィルタの目詰まり具合が異なります。
適切な風量を維持するため、下記の表を参考にしてシェイキングを行ってください。
Clogging of the Primary filter progresses differently by the viscosity and the amount of dust.
To keep air flow at an appropriate level, carry out shaking operation referring to the table below.
