Caution
When cleaning using compressed air, make sure you use suitable extraction
equipment and wear protective gear (safety goggles, protective suit, etc.).
Caution
If you use chemical cleaning agents, observe the instructions and any warnings
given in the relevant safety data sheet.
Chemical agents must be compatible with the components/parts, especially when it
involves plastics.
Note
If anything is unclear, we urgently recommend that you consult us stating the type
and serial number of the three-phase motor or get one of the SIEMENS Service
Centers (see section entitled "SIEMENS Service Centers") to carry out
maintenance work for you.

Maintenance intervals

General
Careful and regular maintenance, inspections and overhauls are essential for
detecting and eliminating faults in good time before they can lead to extensive
damage.
Operating conditions and characteristics can vary widely. For this reason, only
general maintenance intervals can be specified here. For this reason, schedule the
maintenance intervals to suit the local conditions (dirt, starting frequency, load,
etc.).
Notice
In the event of faults or extraordinary conditions that lead to the three-phase motor
being overloaded either electrically or mechanically (e.g. overload, short circuit,
etc.), carry out the inspections immediately.
