Flashing the BIOS

You may need to flash (update) the BIOS when an update is available or when you
replace the system board.
Follow these steps to flash the BIOS:

Turn on your computer.

Go to www.dell.com/support.
Default: Disabled
Enable or disable the Legacy Option
ROMs.
Allows the system to immediately boot
the Legacy Boot List if system fails to
boot the UEFI Boot List.
Displays the boot option priorities.
Displays the first boot option.
Displays the second boot option.
Displays the third boot option.
Allows you to reset the system after
saving the changes.
Allows you to reset the system
without saving any changes.
Allows you to restore defaults.
Allows you to discard your changes.
Allows you to save your changes.
