If necessary use a mild soap/hot water solution, and then rinse with a mild soda/vinegar solution.

By operating the roller setting handle to adjust the gap between upper roller and lower roller as large as possible according to the dough measurement. During the following rolling process, gradually ad- just the gap smaller and smaller, until the sheet dough reaches the desired thickness.
