Contacting us on the website where you bought the t6-8rike and telling us your problem in detail with some pictures and videos will be the fastest and easiest way to help you solve the problem.     The throttle does not work We mean the display can be lighted up, with no error codes, but the throttle does not work. The brakes have two functions when you press the brake lever: 1. it will stop the trike 2. it will cut the power of the motor.

    Error Codes When something goes wrong with the system, an error code will flash on display. Check the details on the attached list. Please note: The motor will stop working in the event of an error. Only when the error is gone, motor will work again.

    Battery And Charger Care The charger will charge a fully depleted battery in 6—8 hours. The indicator light on the charger will be red when the battery is charging and will turn green when fully charged. Avoid subjecting the battery to high temperatures, such as directly under the sun, for prolonged periods. Recharge the battery before it becomes completely discharged.
