AFTER USE

Shake the Hopper Dust Control Filter (10) and empty the hopper.

Check the maintenance schedule and perform all required maintenance before storage.

Move the machine to an indoor storage area.
4
Shut down the engine according to the shut down procedures.
5
Make sure the Ignition Key Switch (52) is OFF and the Parking Brake (3) is engaged.
TO SHUT DOWN THE PETROL ENGINE...
1
Turn all controls to the OFF position.

Raise the brooms.
3
Place the Engine Speed Switch (42) in IDLE and let the engine idle for 25 - 30 seconds.

Turn the Ignition Key Switch (52) OFF and remove the key.
5
Apply the Parking Brake (3).
TO SHUT DOWN THE LPG ENGINE...
1
Turn all controls to the OFF position.
2
Raise the brooms.
3
Turn the service valve on LPG Tank (23) OFF.
4
Run the engine until all the LPG is dispelled from the line (the engine will stall).
5
Turn the Ignition Key Switch (52) OFF and remove the key.
6
Apply the Parking Brake (3).
TO SHUT DOWN THE DIESEL ENGINE...
1
Turn all controls to the OFF position.

Raise the brooms.
3
Place the Throttle Control (60) in IDLE and let the engine idle for 5 minutes.

Turn the Ignition Key Switch (52) OFF and remove the key.
5
Apply the Parking Brake (3).
