1.05 Unscreened Call Transfer
-to a UCD Group (with OGM)
Description
Allows any extension user to transfer an outside
call to a UCD Group from
01
to 04 (with OGM
type).
From version 8.xX. not only the operators but
any ' extension user can transfer an outside call to
a UCD group (with CGM).

Conditions
If all group members are not available to answer
the call, it will be redirected to the Overflow

disconnected if not answered by the Overflow
destination within 60 seconds.

Operation
During a conversation with an outside party.
Press the switchhook for
approximately one half second
and release.
. The other party is put on
Consultation Hold.

You hear confirmation tone 2
and then dial tone 1 or 3 or 4.
Dial the FDN for UCD group (01
to 04).
. You hear confirmation tone 3
and then dial tone 1 or 3 or 4.
Replace the handset.
