BEFORE FIRST USE

Remove and safely discard any packaging material.
Wipe the outer surface of motor base with a soft damp cloth.
Before rst use, clean each part thoroughly (see CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).

OPERATION

1. Cut the ingredients into pieces about 1.5 cm in size.
Tip: Cut the meat into strips to remove the tendons.
2. Measure the ingredients according to the recipe using a measuring cup,
pour into a blending jar and add the appropriate amount of water.
Tip: This can be increased or decreased at your discretion according
to the recipe.
3. Press the cover into the jar and then turn it clockwise until it locks in place.
A beep will be heard.
Fit the steam lid into the hole in the cover.
Turn the steam lid clockwise until it locks in place.
NOTES:
The jar cover seal must be attached.
The blending jar has a cover opening protection device, the appliance will
not work if the cover is not rotated into place.
The text "OPEN" will ash on the display.
