Chapter V. Operations introduction
1. Daily checking and refuel
◇1.1 Check whether the connecting bolts are loose everywhere, and whether the
connections of electrical appliances and components are intact.
◇1.2 Check whether the movements of the handles of the control system (speed
control switch, clutch handle, steering handle, etc.) are flexible and whether they are
not in place and eliminate them.
◇1.3 Place the gearbox shift lever in the low gear position.
◇1.4 Adding oil: Place the whole machine on a horizontal surface, and add GL-4 gear
lubricating oil into the gearbox lubricating hole, the amount of lubrication is 1.5L (see
the figure below).
◇1.5 Lay the whole machine flat and observe the oil glass on the gearbox to check
the oil level. The oil level line should be in the middle of the oil glass.

After filling the oil, the bolts of the oil filling hole must be tightened to prevent the oil from
leaking out of the hole.
