TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The cooking plate (fry-top), referred to from
now on as "the appliance", is designed and man-
ufactured for cooking foods in direct contact
with the plate in the professional catering sector
(for example: in restaurants' kitchens, canteens,
hospitals, and in business activities such as bak-
eries, butcher's shops, etc...); it must not be used
for mass production of foods and must be used
by qualifi ed and trained personnel.
