TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The ceramic hob, referred to from now on as the ap-
pliance, is designed and produced for the indirect
cooking of foods in the professional catering sector.
Main Parts
A)Ceramic hob.
B)Fume exhaust vent (type A): evacuates the heat
generated by the heating elements.
C)Cooking plate: consists of 2 electric heating ele-
ments (internal and external).
D)Plate control knob: sets the heating power.
E)Mains light: comes on to indicate that the electricity
supply is on.
F) Plate light: comes on to indicate that the corre-
sponding plate is switched on.
