TROUBLESHOOTING
This product is USB 1.1. USB bus assignment is complex and works on a priority system. If this
product is not working Vision recommends trying:
1.
Try another USB port on PC.
2.
Unplug other USB devices to reduce load on PC
3.
insert powered USB hub between PC and TC2 USBTP transmitter. Hubs force re-
assignment of priorities with host controller and will ensure enough power is provided to
TC2 USBTP.
