TROUBLESHOOTING This product is USB 1.1. USB bus assignment is complex and works on a priority system. If this product is not working Vision recommends trying: Try another USB port on PC. Unplug other USB devices to reduce load on PC insert powered USB hub between PC and TC2 USBTP transmitter. -

WARRANTY This product comes with a 2-year return to base warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
