Safety Warning: When working with our products, always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) (e.g. lab coat, disposable gloves with adequate chemical resistance, mouth/face protection, goggles, etc.) For more information, please review the product’s safety data sheet(s) (SDS).
Follow the simple steps outlined below to begin your test. Open the Biomeme BWGo app on your smartphone by tapping the icon on your phone’s home screen if you haven’t already. From the main home screen of Biomeme BWGo, tap Start Run.
2. Add Sample to Test Cartridge Each pouch contains 1 Biomeme test cartridge. Pay close attention to the labels on the pouch to differentiate between them. Tear open the foil pouch to retrieve your cartridge and pipette, but DO NOT discard the foil pouch as you’ll later need to scan the QR code found on the pouch label.

If the app freezes or crashes, the experiment will also continue to run and your data can be found in the Incomplete Runs section of the app once you’ve reopened the Biomeme BWGo app and reconnected to the thermocycler.
In the Biomeme mobile app, navigate through View Results and select a test. Once on the test result screen in the app, tap Send in the top right corner. A menu will slide in with sharing options. Select Bluetooth and transition to the Choose Bluetooth Device screen.

If your test fails, the smartphone will notify you of the error returned from the thermocycler. Your last run will be saved in the Biomeme mobile app up to the point of failure, but if your run failed or stopped with less than 20 cycles, the data will not be processed so no Cq values will be calculated and the PCR amp plot data will not be baselined or smoothed.
● Turn OFF Bluetooth on your smartphone. Then, turn Bluetooth back ON and attempt to reconnect to the thermocycler. ● Close the Biomeme mobile app completely, then relaunch it and attempt to access Incomplete Runs from the app home screen to recover your test results.
