    Follow the simple steps outlined below to begin your test. Open the Biomeme BWGo app on your smartphone by tapping the icon on your phone’s home screen if you haven’t already. From the main home screen of Biomeme BWGo, tap Start Run.

Tear open the foil pouch to retrieve your cartridge and pipette, but DO NOT discard the foil pouch as you’ll later need to scan the QR code found on the pouch label.

    In the Biomeme mobile app, navigate through View Results and select a test. Once on the test result screen in the app, tap Send in the top right corner. A menu will slide in with sharing options. Select Bluetooth and transition to the Choose Bluetooth Device screen.

Your last run will be saved in the Biomeme mobile app up to the point of failure, but if your run failed or stopped with less than 20 cycles, the data will not be processed so no Cq values will be calculated and the PCR amp plot data will not be baselined or smoothed.
