Power cycle the Bluetooth. Press the Bluetooth button on top of the thermocycler to turn OFF the Bluetooth Pairing. -

Your last run will be saved in the Biomeme mobile app up to the point of failure, but if your run failed or stopped with less than 20 cycles, the data will not be processed so no Cq values will be calculated and the PCR amp plot data will not be baselined or smoothed.
