Problem
The control panel does not work.
The display does not respond to key-
strokes.
Display shows !WARNING 01 or !
WARNING 11.
Display shows !WARNING 02 or !
WARNING 12.
Display shows !WARNING 03.
Display shows !WARNING 43.
Display shows !WARNING 14.
Display shows Alert 1: low
voltage.
Display shows Alert 2: lid
open > 3 minutes.

Possible cause
The devices DC fuse has blown.
The vehicles fuse has blown.
The battery is empty.
The display is locked.
NTC open circuit
NTC short circuit.
Communication error
Communication error (local)
Inner fan fault
Low voltage
Abnormally high voltage >17.3 V due
to
• Incorrect DC supply voltage
specification
• Faulty supply voltage
• Internal fault
Door is open for longer than 3 min.

ery box may only be replaced
by qualified personnel. Contact
