◊ Damage to the cord or extension cord.
Network extender used must be designed for outdoor use. Recommend
extension cable with conductor cross-section of at least 1.5mm2. Socket
extension cord must comply with the cable plug.
Working one should wear gloves, goggles or a facial protective screen, a
respirator and with the use of hearing protection (headphones, ear plugs,
etc.).
Clothing and shoes should be comfortable and secure working. Clothing
should fit snugly, but not to limit the freedom of movement.
Take care of the well-lit work space.
PREPARATION AND THE ORDER OF WORK
Before operating you need to:
◊ Examine tile cutter and ensure its completeness and no signs of
damage;
◊ After transportation of winter conditions to sustain tile cutter
inclusion at room temperature until complete drying of the
condensate.
Assembling.
Install tile cutter on a solid, stable, flat surface.
On cone widening device 9 install and fix by a bolt 8 upper blade guard 7
(Figures 2 and 3).
Fill pallet 13 with water up to the level between marks made on the
protective housing 12 (Figure 4).
Tile cutter can make incision at an angle from the workpiece 45 to 90 to its
plane, cutting in size along the guide bar 11, cut diagonally with the angle
stop 6, and combined by combining the above cutting operation.
Before you start, make a trial cut without turning the power load to ensure
correct operation tile cutter.
Start processing material only after defining it is properly locked.
Perform work in smooth confident movements. Avoid sharp distortions by
processed material regarding tile cutter.
Eliminate the ingress of unnecessary items on the workpiece (material).
Do not use excessive force in the process. Do not make the jerks and beat
- it will not increase productivity.
Draw a line of cut and attach the guide cut before turning the power.
Place the front edge of the frame piece. Turn on the motor and allow the
drive to develop full speed (approximately 2-3 seconds). Slowly and gently
push the workpiece forward with his hands.
NOTE
During cutting, always use a uniform pressure. Forcing causes scraping,
reducing tool life and calls out. After completion of the work, release
the switch and allow the disk to completely stop. Do not remove the tool
from the workpiece as the disc rotates. If the thickness of the blade has
changed, you must make a test cut in a piece of defective material to verify
the accuracy of the slits.
WARNING!
Some components and cutting parts in the process can become very hot.
Eliminate contact with hot parts of the before and after work. Be careful not
to put your hands / feet on the axis of the cutting or working elements in the
process - this can lead to injury.
On completion of the planned operation, press the power button 3, wait
until the cutting disc 10, and then from the desktop, remove the finished
part and trim.
WARNING!
To reduce the risk of damage to the engine, regularly clean the dust from
the engine. Thus, it ensures the smooth cooling.
Adjustment. Tile fine-tuned at the factory, but the accuracy of the transport
systems can be broken.
Adjusting the cutting angle (Figure 5):
◊ Tile cutter disconnect (unplug the power cord);
◊ Loosen the two fixing screws 17;
◊ Desk 18 move in an inclined position, aligning the reading on the
scale of the slope 16 and the risk on the basis of the supposed 4
cutting angle; position fix two locking bolts 17;
◊ Make a trial cut, measure the results: at the need make adjustments
to the cutting angle.
Adjusting the cutting in size (Figure 6):
◊ Disconnect tile cutter (unplug the power cord);
◊ Loosen the two screws fixing 15 on the guide bar 11 on both sides,
set the slide bar 11 on a scale 19 in the estimated size;
◊ With instrumental fence measure the distance between the guide bar
up to the maximum projection of the cutting part of the cutting disc
from the guide bar;
◊ Check the parallelism of the cutting disc 10 relative to the guide
bar 11, if necessary, adjust the position of the slide bar 11; position
securely lock bolts 15.
Replacement of the cutting disc.
WARNING
before removing or installing the cutting disc, first of all, make sure that the
tile cutter is off and the power cord is removed from the socket.
Thoroughly clean the flange and the disc surface before installation. Wipe
a drop of oil on the inner and outer flanges pressing plate, where they will
touch the surface of the disc.
Do not touch the edge of the aperture foreign metal objects, it may damage
the disc and remove it secure fit.
Subject to replacement is such cutting disc, which has the cutting part
(spraying) completely depleted.
Before installing the disc on tile cutter carefully inspect the cutting disc. On
it should not be cracks, chips.
Remove the lower guard 12 (Figure 1). Hold by a special wrench spindle
23 (Figure 7), by the second key unscrew the nut 22, remove the flange 21.
Install the inner pressing plate on the axle.
Taking into account the direction of rotation – a mark on the disc (Figure 8),
set the cutting disc 10, set the flange 21, while holding the spindle 23, the
cutting disc 10 fix by a nut 22 (Figure 9).
As shown in Figure 9 Fit the insert-mediator 20 and the lower guard 12.
Use cutting discs with a thickness equal to the thickness of the cutting
part cone device 9.
Important! After it is installed, make sure it rotates freely. For this release
the lock disc rotation and turn it by hand for a few revolutions. Connect the
instrument to an electrical outlet and turn it on at no-load. Before cutting,
check for smooth rotation of the tool.
Upon completion of the work:
◊ tile cutter disconnect from the mains, making sure that the switch
is in the "OFF";
◊ clean tile cutter from dirt;
◊ store tile cutter at ambient temperatures from 0 ° C to + 35 ° C and a
relative humidity of 80%.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible faults are shown in Table 2.
Problem
When tile cutter is on, the motor is not
running (voltage supply present).
Formation of circular fire on the
collector.
Increased noise in the gearbox.
When working from the vents there is
smoke or smell of burning insulation.
Probable Cause
Faulty switch or plug.
Interruption of the power cord
or wire and cable. Malfunction
of collector brush unit.
A fault in the armature
winding. Brush worn/hang up.
Wear / damage in gears or
bearings of gear.
Winding short circuit or the
stator malfunction windings
of the armature.
