  • Page 3 Step 01 I N S TA L L T H E A D J U S TA B L E G L I D E S . Prior to assembly, install the adjustable glides into the bottom of each leg by threading clockwise.
  • Page 4 Step 02 AT TA C H T H E S I D E R A I L S . Attach the left and right side rails to the headboard as shown. PT. 11 13 x 6 PT. 3 00 6 x 6 PT.
  • Page 5 Step 03 AT TA C H T H E F O O T B O A R D. Attach the footboard to the side rails as shown. PT. 1 113 x 6 PT. 30 0 6 x 6 PT. 3 0 05 x 6 PT.
  • Page 6 Step 04* I N S TA L L T H E C E N T E R L E G . Use the provided hardware to attach the center leg as shown. *If assembling the twin size configuration, you can skip to step 6. PT.
  • Page 7 Step 05 AT TA C H T H E C E N T E R R A I L T O T H E B E D F R A M E . Attach the center rail to the headboard and footboard by slotting each end into the pre- attached brackets.

    Step 06 I N S TA L L I N G T H E S L AT S . Install the slats as shown. Note slat anchor block locations on the rails. The twin configuration only has one slat roll included.
