You should program the date and time, your logo and facsimile telephone number. This informationwill be
printed on each page transmitted from your unit, fulfilling the requirementsof the Telephone Protection Act of 1991.

each 2 digits using the dial keypad or IJOG DIALI.
If using {JOG DIALI, press (_ to move the

Enter the correct hour/minute by selecting
each 2 digits using the dial keypad or IJOG DIAL_.
If using [.JOG DIALI, press (_ to move the
cursor.
Press [_ to select "AM" or "PM".
Example (using the dial keypad): 3:15PM

Note:
• The [] key can be used to select "AM" or
"PM" wherever the cursor is located.
• The accuracy of the clock is approximately
+60 seconds a month.
To correct a mistake
• Press (_) or (_ to move the cursor to the
incorrect number, then make the correction.
• If you press _ while programming, the
display will return to the previous one.
